We joined the Greater Port Arthur Chamber of Commerce and Young Emerging Leaders in June of 2020.
YEL - Purpose: Identify, engage and connect like-minded individuals and offer them training in leadership and community involvement. The vision of The Young Emerging Leaders (YEL) chapter is to create unique experience and opportunities for their members.

Empowering low-income individuals and families to meet their basic needs and increase their opportunity to realize their full potential through education and community service collaborations.
To be eligible for CSBG services, the household must be at, or below 125% of the poverty level (please contact our office at 409-899-8444 ext 6510 for additional information or questions to see if you qualify for these services)
Transition Out of Poverty (TOP) is a case management program designed to help families and individuals achieve self-sufficiency with support for education and other expenses while being committed to changing the course of their lives.

My first year as Campus Director at BHS was during the 2018-2019 school year. The campus earned a B rating (87) from the Texas Education Agency. That rating was earned from a combined effort by the students, parents, teachers, teacher aides, clerical staff, custodial staff, special program directors, and administrative staff.
